Jan King Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable and professional Day Porter Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial environments while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Clean background check
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to:
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours
- Must be well-groomed , organized , and customer-focused

Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of commercial cleaning, including:
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying garbage
- Cleaning restrooms
- Work independently or with a partner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organized work habits
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism when working around people
