About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-driven, and professional Clinic Care & Cleanliness Specialist to join our team. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and overall upkeep of three pediatric clinical facilities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to self-manage, uphold high professional standards, and consistently operate with performance integrity. Trustworthiness, accountability, and a strong sense of pride in one’s work are essential, as this role directly impacts our ability to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and effective inventory management, including maintaining cleaning supply logs and coordinating professionally with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of materials. This individual must be proactive, reliable, and aligned with our mission to uphold excellence in every aspect of our clinic environments. We are seeking someone who not only values cleanliness, but owns it with responsibility, consistency, and integrity—understanding that their work plays a vital role in the overall care, well-being, and safety of the families we serve.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with capacity to supervise future team members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general computer/technology systems
  • Ability to draft professional emails, memos, and official communications to leadership and clinical teams
  • Highly thorough, proactive, and relentless in executing cleanliness standards
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong passion for creating safe, clean, and supportive environments for children and families
  • Compassionate, mission-aligned, team-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to lift 40–45 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physically active cleaning tasks
  • Visual acuity required for detailed cleaning and inspection
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Will be required to work across three clinic locations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
  • Three professional references

Responsibilities

  • Maintain exemplary cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, and hygiene standards across all clinic locations
  • Disinfect therapy equipment, treatment rooms, and high-touch areas throughout the day to reduce germ transmission
  • Complete routine cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, waste removal, and weekly laundry
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning materials and supplies, including coordinating replenishment with vendors
  • Develop, implement, and update safety and sanitation protocols
  • Provide ongoing education and support to clinical staff to reinforce proper cleaning and hygiene practices
  • Collect and report data related to sanitation outcomes, facility needs, and operational trends
  • Conduct routine safety and sanitation inspections and submit summary reports to leadership
  • Meet monthly with executive leadership to review sanitation performance, compliance, and protocol improvements
