This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. Overall duties include removing debris, maintaining common space areas, restocking bathrooms, and responding to all cleaning emergencies. The role involves performing all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment. The position also requires maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, using proper PPE where required, and cleaning all common space areas including kitchens, cafeterias, lobbies, and break rooms. Additionally, the role involves placing safety hazard signs in the building, monitoring, cleaning, servicing, and restocking bathrooms, and responding immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crises. The candidate should be flexible, work at a fast pace, and contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
