About The Position

We are looking for a dependable self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of public and mechanical areas, restrooms, and property during the day. You will ensure quality and safety by quickly identifying issues and recommending corrective measures. Your strong work ethic and customer-centric approach will be essential as you respond to emergency requests, work through light construction projects, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct regular inspections.
