Full Time Day Porter Property Address: 432 Edgehill Lane, Oceanside CA 91054 | 709 Center Dr., San Marcos CA 92060 Schedule: Oceanside property: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm & Property in San Marcos Saturday & Sunday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (36 hours per week) Pay: $17.25 per hour Weekly Pay About LOT Management: Lot Management is a fast-growing maintenance company, specializing in residential, commercial property, and outdoor retail spaces. Responsibilities
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles.
- Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc.
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors.
- Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc.
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness.
- Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs.
- Always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, including gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment required.
Requirements
- Janitorial experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Meet the physical requirements: constant walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying.
- Constant weight – 1-35 lbs. Occasional weight gain – 36-50 lbs.
