Location: Will cover three properties that are next to each other, 1801 Ximeno Avenue, 1900 Lakewood Blvd & 2000 Ximeno Ave in Long Beach, CA 90815 Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm ( 32 weekly hours ) Pay: $17.87 per hour, paid weekly About LOT Commercial Property Services LOT Commercial Property Services is a fast-growing commercial maintenance company specializing in retail centers and commercial properties. Requirements
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
- Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred—but not required!)
Responsibilities
- Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
- Pick up trash and empty receptacles
- Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
- Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
- Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
- Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
- Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
- Always use required safety equipment (we’ve got you covered!)
