Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to keep everything spotless
Taking out the trash from common areas, offices, restrooms, and labs
Dusting and wiping down surfaces (like desks, counters, and shelves)
Cleaning all areas of the restrooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors)
Shining up glass surfaces (windows, mirrors, and glass partitions)
Restocking paper products and soap dispensers to keep things running smoothly
Disinfecting high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and handrails to ensure everyone's safety
Tidying up common areas, wiping down countertops and equipment, and making sure everything's sanitized
Spot cleaning walls, baseboards, and doors as needed
Restocking and maintaining the coffee and snack bar, keeping it clean and stocked with coffee, snacks, and supplies
Cleaning up spills quickly to keep the building safe and tidy
Keeping our supply closets neat and organized
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to keep everything running smoothly

Must be able to speak English
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but training is provided
Comfortable operating cleaning equipment, such as a floor scrubber
Reliable transportation to get to and from work
A team player who can also work independently
Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Positive attitude, with great attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift and move items (up to 50 pounds)
Willingness to follow safety and cleaning guidelines in specialized areas, like labs

Experience in hotel cleaning/housekeeping
Experience in property management/apartment cleaning
Experience in janitorial or custodial work
Experience in restaurant or grocery store roles
Experience in customer-facing positions where cleanliness was important
