Location: Fort Hood, Texas Shift: Nighttime - 7:00pm through 12:30am We’re hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. Never done this kind of work before? That’s totally fine—we’ll train you and make sure you feel confident every step of the way. A Day in the Life of a Janitor/Custodian at CW Resources: Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and what needs to be done that day. Grab your cleaning supplies—like mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants—and load up if you need to. When you get to your assigned area, you’ll get started by: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming the floors Taking out the trash and putting in fresh bags Cleaning restrooms, refilling supplies, and wiping down tables, chairs, doors, and more. Dusting furniture, shelves, and vents. Wiping windows, mirrors, and glass doors. Before finishing your shift, you’ll walk through the area one last time to make sure everything looks clean and neat.
