Receives deliveries and maintains stock of freezers, refrigerators, and dry goods. Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, prep areas, garbage cans, and walk-in coolers. Assist culinary staff by delivering food orders and supplies as requested. Assist kitchen utility and other restaurant staff as needed. This position reports to the Executive Chef.
