Day Habilitation Supervisor

At Rock House we'ree building better lives! Do you like helping others grow as individuals? We're seeking someone who aspires to make a difference to supervise our day program/life skills program. This position will coordinate employment work opportunities, create curriculum, and implement daily developmental activities. Program standard compliance and staff management are also key areas of responsibility. Ideal candidates will have a sincere desire to deliver the highest level of care, choice and independence to our clients.

Requirements

Degree in a field of social, health, or human services and supervisor experience strongly recommended.
3 years of related experience in day program or residential setting with 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
The qualified candidate should also be extremely organized and have good verbal, written communication, computer skills.
Must have he ability to multi-task and problem solve using strong critical thinking skills.
Requires leadership, motiviation, self-direction.
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in the description may be subsituted for the above requirements.
