Open Sky's Day Habilitation programs serves adults between the ages of 23-85 with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disabilities, though some individuals may also have mental health diagnoses and/or physical challenges. Most participants require supportive structures and staff assistance to maximize their involvement in activities within the program as well as within the local community. Our staff educate through the creation and implementation of individualized service plans, daily curriculum/activities, and have a heavy focus on community integration. As a Day Hab Support Staff you will provide support to the individuals served in a direct care role by ensuring a supportive and structured environment. The Teaching Assistant will provide guidance, advocacy, and life skills education for individuals served within the Day Program. The organization recognizes skills, location, training and population served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential.
