About The Position
Our Day Forklift Operator keeps the warehouse flowing smoothly. You’ll move product from dock to cooler, ensure proper rotation, and keep our inventory fresh and organized. Precision and safety are key.
Requirements
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push up to 200 lbs (with equipment)
- Comfortable working in 34°F coolers
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and stay active
- Safety-focused and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Move produce from dock to designated coolers
- Scan pallets using Produce Pro system
- Break down and sort pallets as needed
- Rotate and organize product daily
- Verify proper tagging before releasing to inventory
- Inspect produce for freshness and proper ripeness
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
