About The Position

Working with the Plant Electrical Engineer, Engineering Electricians, Millwrights and Water Treat Operators, to ensure the effective maintenance and optimization of electrical systems within the Water Treatment area and the Power Distribution System, with a primary focus on safety and operational reliability.

• Strong electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
• Electrical maintenance experience
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Training or technical degree in industrial electricity.
• Knowledge of water treatment electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with PLCs and automation.
• Knowledge and operation of Power Distribution (Medium Voltage) Systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation and optimization of both new and current equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of current electrical systems.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards.
• Verify monitoring and instrumentation equipment: PH probes, Level sensors, Flow meters, Pressure transducers, Conductivity meters.
• Troubleshooting and repair of HMIs, PLCs, Drives.
• Monitoring and maintenance of Power Distribution Equipment: transformers, breakers, relays.
