About The Position

NCIA is seeking a compassionate and flexible Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in achieving their personal goals through meaningful daytime activities. This role includes floating between group settings and providing 1:1 support as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to assist with personal care and physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Completion of required DDA trainings (CPR/First Aid, MANDT)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living, work, and recreational activities
• Implement Person-Centered and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
• Ensure safety and supervision during program hours
• Provide transportation to and from program sites
• Respond to crises and follow behavior management protocols
