About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Cleaner to join our property management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. As a Day Cleaner, you will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, responding to customer needs, and ensuring our properties are clean and inviting.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or needs to supervisors
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as necessary

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across the office and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and meeting rooms.
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and disinfectant as needed.
• Assist with spill clean-ups and maintenance of safe, clutter-free spaces.
• Assist with the preparation and cleaning of vacant suites.
• Work closely with other team members to maintain cleanliness during office events or high-traffic periods.
