About The Position

The Cleaner at Planet Fitness is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility to ensure a positive experience for members. This role involves various cleaning tasks, customer service duties, and reporting maintenance issues to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic are essential.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Report any broken, damaged, or missing equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow the 'Lost and Found Policy' and turn in lost member property to management immediately.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and assist at the front desk as needed.
