About The Position

Day Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Night Schedule; Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm to 1:00 am Duties | Responsibilities Tasks based on assignment; responsibilities include but are not limited to: Common areas – Building Entrance, Lobby, Common hallways, Elevator cabs, etc. Spot clean glass (remove fingerprints, smudges, etc.) Remove any trash/debris Spot vacuum to remove debris; spot mop to remove spills (as needed) Check interior cab paneling; remove fingerprints/smudges Exterior (if applicable) Empty trash receptacles, police building exterior/landscaping for cigarette butts/debris Restrooms Spot clean surfaces (as needed) - toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, mirrors, etc. Check/restock all paper products Spot mop flooring to remove water/spills (utilize “Wet Floor” sign) Empty trash receptacles Rotation/frequency of tasks may vary Miscellaneous Inform Supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical or electrical malfunctions Report any visible property damage that occurred prior to or during shift Other duties as requested by Property Manager and/or Building Engineer

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 10 lbs or more
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Previous janitorial/house-keeping experience preferred but not required
  • Dedication to providing premier janitorial services in a professional and consistent manner at all times
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with established duties; accomplish specific tasks all while maintaining attention to detail
  • Team player attitude and positive approach

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
