About The Position

Day Center Manager - Eddy SeniorCare PACE Program Location: Rotterdam, NY Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity ! Eddy Senior Care (PACE) is seeking a Day Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant Day Center. Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or related fields preferred.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and participant-centered care.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years' experience in related field OR ten years' experience in related field with supervisory experience.
• Possess a passion for caring for seniors and demonstrate a respectful, caring, professional demeanor.

• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Day Center, including personal care services, kitchen operations, and engaging activities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with home care, therapy, transportation, nursing, social work, and medical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Drive Quality: Serve on quality assurance, safety, and infection control committees—implementing best practices that keep our participants safe and thriving.
• Create Experiences: Oversee on-site meals, special events, volunteer programs, and activities that enrich the lives of our participants.
• Empower Your Team: Provide supervision, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to care plans.
