About The Position

Make a meaningful impact every day at Seven Hills Foundation. Our Early Learning Center is seeking an experienced Day Care Lead Teacher to lead a classroom team and support high‑quality, developmentally appropriate early childhood education.

Requirements

EEC Director I or II Certification – required
3–5 years of early childhood experience
CPR/First Aid certification
Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in EEC or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Lead and support classroom staff; provide coverage as needed
Plan weekly curriculum using Creative Curriculum and complete child assessments
Observe, document, and support children’s development
Partner with families through daily communication and conferences
Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and program policies
Serve as Acting Director when needed
