About The Position
The YMCA of Delaware is dedicated to ensuring every youth and teen we serve is on a pathway to success, improving the health and wellbeing of every individual and family we serve, and uniting communities while inspiring service to others. We are looking for a dedicated individual to supervise children and groups, ensuring safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate childcare practices. This role involves providing daily care for children, encouraging their engagement in classroom activities, and implementing positive behavior management techniques. The position also requires effective communication with co-workers, parents, and administration to foster collaboration and increase parent participation.
