About The Position

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. The [Davie Support Coordinator] will report to the Davie Projects and Support Manager which is part of the larger Application Development team within the University Development Office ( UDO ). The focus of this position is to reinforce ongoing efforts within the Davie support team to review, update and create training materials and supporting documentation for users and trainees and include basic data entry and processes. Davie is the internal nickname for the Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) system used for UNC fundraising efforts, which runs on the Blackbaud CRM platform. The Davie Support team manages the help desk system that supports approximately 600 users who use Davie on a daily basis.
