Experience should include full product experience (APM, Logs, setting up monitoring, alerts, dashboards). Overall looking for a good Reliability Engineer that can work with development teams to understand the applications and then work on setting up monitoring with in Datadog and other tools. Other tools include AppDynamics, Splunk Logging. ServiceNow product knowledge for reviewing incidents, problem records and reporting. Creating of documentation will also be a good part of the role. Analytics skills on researching incident rates and noise. Fine tuning of alerts based on trends.
