About The Position
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in administrating Datadog Tools, utilizing various modules such as APM, Errors, Logs, and Digital Experience to monitor Enterprise Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating Datadog with other systems like MuleSoft, Salesforce, Confluent Kafka, and Azure. This role requires expertise in reviewing error logs, correlating them with architectural components and services, and making necessary corrections to log formats for improved troubleshooting. The candidate should be proactive in developing solutions to monitor new applications and services, and have prior experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics, particularly with API backend calls from Datadog for custom metric ingestion.
