About The Position
Teleperformance is a global, digital business services company that delivers advanced, digitally powered business services to help the world's best brands streamline their operations in meaningful and sustainable ways. The Datacenter Remote Hands position is responsible for all aspects of Datacenter monitoring and equipment installation, including monitoring environmental software, implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and the development of specialized procedures. This role requires collaboration with internal and external groups to deploy equipment and document all equipment locations and assets. The position is 100% onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with a schedule of Saturday - Sunday 6AM - 6PM and Monday 6PM - 6AM, with opportunities for weekday overtime up to 51 hours per week.
