Requirements

• Entry-level experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration or Windows desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, racks, and related equipment.
• Provide hands and feet support to servers, network, and backup devices.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of data center assets.
• Escort vendors to the datacenter.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and P1 situations to minimize downtime.
• Receive and ship devices as needed.
• Rack appliances, switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
• Assist in completing the build-out of labs that are incomplete.
• Understand and articulate complex problems related to specific technology.
• Prepare update review run books and SOP knowledge articles on specific technology areas.
• Plan, prepare, and execute change processes and standardize the change process.
