As a data architect on our national security team, you’ll use your technical expertise to modernize legacy environments into new data architectures utilizing commer cia l off-the-shelf ( COTS ) data platform technologies and met hods. You'll apply leading-edge data platform principles and concepts and contribute to the development of modernized data architectures that supports both current and future operational needs, with a particular focus on geospatial platforms and supporting data. You’ll resolve routine data architecture- related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams by collaborating with the client to design and implement a modernized data lakehouse architecture that can be flexibly maintained and used across the organization. A successful candidate will help position data and tools as integral components of the client’s modernized data architecture, maximizing integration with other organizational capabilities, and providing increasing value to the client and their partners. You’ll grow your technical experience as you assist in the design, definition, development, and testing of cloud solution components, serving as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure that requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
