This position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the databases within the Knife River environment, including installation, configuration, technical development, monitoring, planning, data management, and issue resolution. This position will also be called upon to provide insight and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems related to the Knife River's information technology strategy. Address highly complex technical issues by reviewing, analyzing, and modifying systems including encoding, testing, and debugging. Recommend technical alternatives to improve quality of products and/or procedures. Provide consultation on complex projects; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
