The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for set up on-property activations for marketing campaigns and communicate all property direct marketing needs to the CoE for fulfillment.

  • Prepare forecasts and pro-forma business reports to support the financial feasibility of proposed programs
  • Prepare unique property reporting as needed
  • Responsible for all database testing, integrity check, pulls for mailings and analyses
  • Develop new marketing campaigns
  • Test new marketing systems as required
  • Responsible for presenting to property leadership
  • Manage and develop a database analyst
  • Participate in monthly marketing calendar build to ensure proper reinvestment
  • Work with multiple departments
  • Analyze daily response rates and provides response reports for direct marketing programs
  • Understands and explains programs to customers and emphasizes the rewards and benefits to promote customer retention
  • Complies with all departmental and Company Policies and New Jersey regulatory requirements
  • Maintains confidentiality and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information
  • Coordinate programs with appropriate departments to ensure smooth and effective interface
  • Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/marketing or related field and or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Experience in direct marketing or related work experience
