Database Manager
About The Position
The database manager reports to the associate director of philanthropy and is an essential member of the highly collaborative advancement division. This mid-level position is responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing TLC's Blackbaud Raiser's Edge CRM to ensure data integrity, timeliness and usability to support fundraising efforts and broader organization. They will work closely with the philanthropy and finance teams to complete timely gift entry and acknowledgement processes, generate reports and dashboards, manage user accounts and permissions, and support staff in using the database effectively. Over time, this position may include training and supervising other staff on database practices.
