The Database Manager is an individual contributor with no direct reports, working as part of a small Philanthropy database team that includes the hiring manager and a part-time staff member. This position plays a hands-on role in managing MAP International’s CRM, Agilon One, which supports over 26,000 active donor records and fuels the success of the Philanthropy team. The Database Manager will be responsible for the tactical execution of data management and reporting needs, including generating mail lists for more than 15 fundraising campaigns annually, preparing co-op donor and transaction reports, and providing raw donor data every six months to refresh analytics in Power BI. While much of the role centers on accurate data, reporting, and execution, the successful candidate will also use critical thinking and critical thinking skills to identify system improvements, streamline processes, and provide strategic insights to strengthen MAP’s fundraising operations. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn, yet also confident in advising on ways to maximize the organization’s use of its CRM system.
