Brevium is a pioneering software company specializing in patient reactivation solutions for medical practices. Our software intelligently analyzes practice management data to help doctors identify and reconnect with lost patients. As the first reactivation software provider, Brevium remains the most advanced and effective tool in this critical area of patient care. Our impact is tangible—we’ve helped prevent vision loss and even saved lives by ensuring patients with degenerative conditions are brought back under medical supervision. Despite increasing competition, Brevium continues to lead the market with unmatched results. At Brevium, we thrive on positivity, innovation, and a drive for continuous improvement. Our company culture is built on candor, integrity, and mutual respect. We foster a psychologically safe environment where employees can grow, learn from mistakes, and contribute meaningfully. Teamwork is central—our employees are always ready to support each other. Brevium’s product is built on Microsoft SQL Server and integrates with a variety of electronic practice management (EPM) systems. Some EPMs require ODBC translation for compatibility. As market demand grows, our development team continues to expand support for new EPM integrations. As a Full-Time Database Engineer (DBE), you will play a vital role in delivering, maintaining, and optimizing the Brevium product on customer systems. You’ll manage multiple active cases ensuring progress and maintaining communication with clients, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
