PROJECT: Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders, and information technology (IT) support. In this role your primary responsibilities will include: Creating and maintaining new technical solutions Enhancing existing applications by integrating new technology components and capabilities Assisting the customer in understanding and evaluating new technologies with respect to their current and future needs This is a unique opportunity to exercise a great degree of freedom and creativity in providing new capabilities and solutions to a customer that is transitioning to the next phase of their technical roadmap. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE performing database administration, engineering, or design in support of system engineering, software development, or related activities Experience with any of the following technologies and applications: MS SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle DB AWS Aurora, RDS ArcGIS RESTful web services Experience with any of the following a plus: Java/Javascript HTML/CSS SharePoint Powershell Power BI Tableau Docker Atlassian suite (Jira, etc.) Cloud-based platforms Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments a strong plus QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in system engineering field or equivalent technical/scientific discipline from an accredited institution 10+ years of related professional experience Must be US Citizen Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. Requirements

5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE performing database administration, engineering, or design in support of system engineering, software development, or related activities
Experience with any of the following technologies and applications: MS SQL Server PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle DB AWS Aurora, RDS ArcGIS RESTful web services
Bachelor’s degree in system engineering field or equivalent technical/scientific discipline from an accredited institution
10+ years of related professional experience
Must be US Citizen
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
