About The Position
The Database Developer position at TEKsystems involves working with the Contact Center Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) team to support global contact centers. The role focuses on implementing advanced Contact Center Voice solutions to enhance customer experience and deliver value to clients. The Database and Reporting Developer will provide solutions for business requests, support existing platforms, and assist in business processes, utilizing Agile methodologies within a Product Driven Organization (PDO).
