Are you a Database Developer who is looking to take your skills to the next level? Everi is currently seeking a Database Developer with strong T-SQL skills and development experience who can grow into an essential role with our company. If you are looking to work with a skilled team of Database professionals and work with stakeholders to meet the business challenges, then we want to talk to you. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV, and it is a hybrid position. Based on a 5 day work week, you will be working in-office 3 days minimum per week.

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in developing and programing databases for applications aligned with user or system design specifications.
  • Maintain, manage, and update existing code repository (Git Hub).
  • Perform troubleshooting and research errors in databases before communicating with supporting organizations.
  • Create test standards and tests software, ensuring regulatory requirements and customer functionality specifications are met.
  • Responsible for all aspects of database management; layout and configuration of logical and physical databases, security, high availability, deployment, administration, archival, and maintenance of database systems.
  • Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including fielding requests from support teams to determine software or system functional specifications.
  • Customarily and regularly generates and provides data and reports to be integrated into software and reporting infrastructure.
  • Consult with internal teams, ensuring the effectiveness of software applications.
  • Troubleshoot live production database issues in a 24/7 environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 3-5 years or more of Database Development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure and administrate SQL servers.
  • Demonstrated experience developing SQL server objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, and UDFs.
  • Demonstrated experience with SSRS and SSIS experience preferred.
  • Strong T-SQL coding experience.
  • Technical experience with database administration and management.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a software development role; gaming, payments, and casino operations industry experience.
  • Proven success developing BI solutions from data sources, such as unstructured data, TM1, and Power Play cubes.
