About The Position

The Database Coordinator is responsible for the integrity of organizational, member, and chapter data in the membership database through data analysis, compliance checks, and adapting to identified trends and data patterns. They provide strategic resources through reports and dashboards in Salesforce and ZTA’s technology suite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, informatics, communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience and/or training in a related field.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, multitasking, critical thinking and project management.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and remain adaptable under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with associations or fraternity/sorority organizations preferred; Zeta Tau Alpha membership a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource for maintaining accurate member and chapter records.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot member access issues and maintain membership credentials.
  • Create and update automated workflows, tasks and communications.
  • Manage and maintain committees and reports as requested by staff or ZTA volunteers.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with technology upgrades or migrations.
  • Build dashboards and generate strategic reports for departments.
  • Provide data insights to guide organizational strategy and improve member services.
  • Support the member portal by creating project timelines for updates and reviewing reporting tools for collegians, alumnae, and National Officers.
  • Partner with International Office departments to ensure the database meets evolving needs.
  • Offer training and support to staff on technology, tools, and database functionality.
  • Act as an interdepartmental liaison for all things related to data management and reporting.
