About The Position

The Real Estate Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing of new residential, resale and mixed-use development real estate offerings. This role focuses primarily on managing a large CRM database, supporting Tamarack Realty real estate agents in their efforts to develop buyer engagement, while providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with developers, prospects, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Excellent phone skills and willingness to make a large volume of calls.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lasso CRM preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, word-processing, spreadsheet and database software.
  • Experience with business letter writing and office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of sales and marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events, and broker outreach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive market developments, pricing, and trends.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track communications, and report activity.
  • Prepare sales materials, collateral, and reporting documents.
  • Identify priority prospects in database for timely outreach.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers when needed.
  • Support senior sales team on lead qualification and initial meetings with prospective buyers.
