Requirements

  • Exceptional guest services skills required.
  • An Associate’s degree; and at least two (2) years of experience in database marketing; and/or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Casino Marketing preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, Player tracking systems, BI applications, SQL, Tableau a plus.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints and within established deadlines.
  • Extensive database management and program analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, excellent skills in time management, coordinating and prioritizing of projects, problem solving, able to handle stress.
  • Math, Computer Science and analytical background required with an in-depth knowledge of spreadsheets and database applications is necessary.
  • Relational and multi-dimensional database management and/or design, data warehouse management, query and/or reporting writing preferred.
  • Must be able to work in an unsupervised atmosphere, detail-oriented, results-oriented, maintain a high level of accuracy and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with department heads and employees.
  • Skill in solving practical problems and dealing with situations where only limited standardization exists.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer lists to stakeholders, partners and/or vendors on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Generates and submits monthly and weekly mailing lists.
  • Enhance and maintain customer databases.
  • Maintain integrity of data to ensure accuracy of analytical efforts.
  • Work on improving the quality and integrity of physical and email addresses.
  • Sets up and maintains all marketing campaigns within the CRM’s system.
  • Creates promotion prizes, EBS promotions, and Kiosk promotions including point multiplier strategy and bonus incentives.
  • Assist when needed with developing standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining, creating, and removal of monthly and ongoing promotions and coupons within the Player Tracking systems.
  • Partners with the Marketing Analyst on tasks, analytics, special projects, and other duties.
  • Acts as the liaison to the Players Club to ensure that front line employees are current on promotions, understand the systems, and naming conventions in order to expedite guest experience.
  • Must learn, comprehend, and comply with applicable Company policies and procedures, NIGC and WSGC Gaming Regulations, and the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Rules.
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
