Job Title: Database Architect 3. Location: Austin, TX. I. Description of Services: Client requires the services of Database Architect 3, after referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Database Architect 3, Data/Database Administration and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s). Designs and builds relational databases. Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. Must be able to design, develop and manipulate database management systems, data warehouses and multidimensional databases. Requires a depth and breadth of database knowledge that shall help with formal design of relational databases and provides insight into strategic data manipulation. Responsible for making sure an organization's strategic goals are optimized using enterprise data standards. This frequently involves creating and maintaining a centralized registry of metadata. Has working knowledge of EIR Accessibility standards and assistive technologies. Ensure that all user interfaces for database administration and inputting, viewing, and outputting data (via reports) arepliant with accessibility standards. The Senior Data Architect & Analytics Lead will play a pivotal role in advancing the data infrastructure and analytics initiatives for the Client CDA team. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise in data design and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data structures to support analytics projects, developingprehensive database and table designs for optimized data storage and retrieval, and utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to extract insights that facilitate decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals and provide thought leadership on data modeling and analytics best practices. The ideal applicant will have proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data governance principles, alongside familiarity with analytics tools and frameworks. Requirements

10 Years required: Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing on-prem and cloud technologies.
10 Years required: Experience with business intelligence and big data solutions.
10 Years required: Experience with healthcare data standards like FHIR, CCDA, and HL-7 would be a plus.
10 Years required: Proven experience in leading and managing advanced analytics projects.
10 Years required: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is required.
10 Years required: Experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications and data storage on these platforms.
10 Years required: Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
10 Years required: Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies.
10 Years required: Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and strategies.
10 Years required: Strongmunication skills, with the ability to explainplex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
10 Years required: Ability to lead teams and manageplex projects.
10 Years required: Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management, including understanding of cloud-based data storage options, cloud security considerations, and best practices for deploying applications in the cloud.
10 Years required: Develop and maintain enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.
10 Years required: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare.
10 Years required: Work closely with data engineers, developers, and analysts to ensure seamless data accessibility and usability.
10 Years required: Experience with ETL tools, data integration platforms, and APIs.
10 Years required: Experience with EHR integration, APIs, and real-time streaming.
10 Years required: Experience in architecting and designing ETL pipelines using Informatica tools.
10 Years required: Design and model data for cloud-based data architecture solutions using Snowflake as the primary data platform.

Nice To Haves

10 Years preferred: Experience in implementing and deploying big data applications.
8 Years preferred: Must have hands-on expertise in Python and/or Java/Scala.
8 Years preferred: Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premises-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
8 Years preferred: Healthcare industry experience preferred.
8 Years preferred: Fundamental understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization.
