Job Title: Database Architect 3. Location: Austin, TX. I. Description of Services: Client requires the services of Database Architect 3, after referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Database Architect 3, Data/Database Administration and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s). Designs and builds relational databases. Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. Must be able to design, develop and manipulate database management systems, data warehouses and multidimensional databases. Requires a depth and breadth of database knowledge that shall help with formal design of relational databases and provides insight into strategic data manipulation. Responsible for making sure an organization's strategic goals are optimized using enterprise data standards. This frequently involves creating and maintaining a centralized registry of metadata. Has working knowledge of EIR Accessibility standards and assistive technologies. Ensure that all user interfaces for database administration and inputting, viewing, and outputting data (via reports) arepliant with accessibility standards. The Senior Data Architect & Analytics Lead will play a pivotal role in advancing the data infrastructure and analytics initiatives for the Client CDA team. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise in data design and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data structures to support analytics projects, developingprehensive database and table designs for optimized data storage and retrieval, and utilizing advanced analytics tools and techniques to extract insights that facilitate decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals and provide thought leadership on data modeling and analytics best practices. The ideal applicant will have proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data governance principles, alongside familiarity with analytics tools and frameworks.
