This Risk Manager proposition will be on a dynamic team, supporting the Virginia Class Submarine (VCS) Program office (PMS 450) which is part of the larger Team Submarine organization. VCS is the Department of Navy’s largest nuclear Shipbuilding Program with a planned acquisition program baseline of 49 nuclear submarines, with a $10B annual budget. Virginia Class Submarines are the world’s most advanced submarines and feature multifaceted capabilities. VCS will be acquired through 2043 and are expected to be in-service through at least 2060. Serco-NA has an opening for a database analyst with submarine experience to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area. PMS450 oversees the design, construction, and delivery of the VIRGINIA Class Submarines In this role, you will: Be on a team to support the customer for Construction Database. Work with Team Sub staff to update and maintain data used for tracking status. Maintain database functionality and manage access required by 450 personnel.
