The SQL Database Administrator (DBA) at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions Inc. is responsible for establishing and leading robust database management practices.   • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator, with expertise in database design, performance tuning, and system maintenance.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or similar database platforms (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong understanding of database security practices, including user permissions and data encryption.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools (e.g., SQL Profiler, SolarWinds, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
