The successful candidate will provide 24x7 production support for a large number of SOX-compliant databases globally, ensuring prompt response to emergency situations and system outages. This role involves monitoring access logs, sensitive data update logs, and critical error logs to detect and respond promptly to unauthorized changes and security incidents. The Database Administrator will also ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD) standards and policies to safeguard sensitive production database data, maintain the security and data integrity of production databases, and implement robust high-availability architecture, disaster recovery, and backup solutions for mission-critical systems.
