ICF's Disaster Management Division is looking a Database Administrator - Disaster Management with experience in database administration to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing data systems supporting disaster management and financial oversight. This position is 100% Remote United States with ability to travel. Preference given to Austin, Texas area, which would be a Hybrid job for that area. This position is experienced, non-supervisory, non-managerial level. As a Database Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our data infrastructure is secure, reliable, and high performing. You'll be responsible day one for installing and configuring database systems, managing user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive information, and implementing robust backup and recovery strategies to protect against data loss. Y our expertise will drive ongoing performance tuning and optimization, ensuring our databases run efficiently and support business needs seamlessly. You'll maintain data integrity and accuracy, keep systems up to date with the latest patches and upgrades, and proactively troubleshoot any issues that arise. Additionally, you'll document configurations and procedures, contributing to a well-organized and resilient data environment that supports our organization's growth and success. You are a driven professional with deep experience in state and local government, specializing in federally funded disaster recovery and mitigation. Your current toolkit includes project management platforms, database creation and administration, financial reporting systems, and data analytics. You consistently deliver high-impact results aligned with ICF's values-ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and improving processes. Compensation: While the range below is broader, this position will offer a base salary of 75K to 85K. Offer based on candidate's % of job description match and location. Compensation for this position is limited to this base salary range and the great full-time ICF benefits package for this level.
