Eagle Eye Networks is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to design, manage, and optimize the global database infrastructure that powers our industry-leading cloud video surveillance platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PostgreSQL and Cassandra, and will be excited to work with modern, evolving database technologies at large scale. This role requires strong experience running high-performance, global, distributed databases, designing efficient schemas, and optimizing for performance and reliability. Experience with sharding, high availability, performance tuning, and Kubernetes workloads is strongly preferred. An interest in cutting-edge database technology is a plus. This is an in-office role based at our Austin, TX headquarters. Occasional travel is less than 10%.
