As an ALIS Administrator with our F-35 ALIS team partnering with our customer, you will wear many hats; system administration duties, data management duties, network admin duties and mission planning admin duties. ALIS Administrators are generally the first point of contact for customer inquiries, field any questions and/or concern and troubleshoot any reported problems. You will be assigned tasks in most ALIS administrative roles to further develop your skills and increase capabilities within the ALIS administrator role.

  • Obtain a Subject Matter Expert status for the ALIS product suite
  • Primary customer point of contact for technical items
  • Training ALIS Administrators and users on the ALIS system
  • Provide assistance/augmentation to local ALIS leadership
  • Backups, restores, and disaster recovery of systems/databases/network equipment
  • System/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring
  • Laptop re-image, troubleshooting, account maintenance
  • Installing system wide software, allocating mass storage space and
  • Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier2 and engineers
  • Reviewing processes/procedures, collect system operational data for analysis
  • Coordinating extranet equipment installations with enterprise and local communications facilities
  • SECRET Security clearance with a Investigation date or continuous vetting (CV) date within the last 5 years.
  • Possess and maintain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
  • Significant experience with Database administration and Structured Query Language (SQL) as it would pertain to Oracle databases.
  • Significant experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry as an administrator or technician.
  • Be available to deploy with the customer if requested. Typical deployments are 2 weeks to 1 month. time frame can change as this is just typical observed lengths of deployments.
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  • Prior aviation maintenance background is helpful. Not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous Autonomous Logistic Information System (ALIS) experience with the F35 program.
  • Oracle Database experience
  • Use of Splunk Log Aggregation and Dashboards
  • Windows Server 2K21 or newer experience
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience
  • Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
