General Summary of Program Agile Defense seeks qualified candidates for support of the Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) capabilities of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Nimitz Operational Intelligence Command (OIC). Agile Defense provides IT support services to ONI OIC to include tier 1 through 3 on-call support, planning and scheduling, customer/user support, systems engineering and technical assessments, software engineering, system administration and operation, database administration and development, system/software testing and break-fix support. Further support includes migration of MDA capabilities to the cloud, and the application of artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) tools to existing MDA data sets. Job Description Administers enterprise databases and database applications. Tunes performance, troubleshoots, writes queries and stored procedures, manages user access, develops and runs data import routines from external systems, tests and updates disaster recovery procedures, and develops and executes database upgrade plans. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Implements and maintains data security and integrity features. Implements and monitors adherence to policies, procedures and standards relating to database management.
