Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! - Data Warehouse Systems Analyst (Information Systems Specialist 6) 100 % Remote Work. The Data Warehouse Systems Analyst provides operations and maintenance support for custom built and purchased software programs that automate the business of the Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Human Services. This position is a part of a team that supports mostly internal applications that serve administrative support functions such as accounting, payroll, human resources, payment recovery, procurement and administration. The Office of Information Service’s mission is to deliver technology solutions and services that support Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Department of Human Services in helping Oregonians achieve health, well-being, and independence.

  • Provide operations and maintenance support for software programs.
  • Support internal applications for administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance technology solutions.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in SQL Server and Database development.
  • Six (6) years of information systems experience in Database Development, or an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with four (4) years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience, or a Master's degree may substitute for all of the above.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Database platforms (SQL Server preferred).
  • Data warehouse architecture, design, and optimization.
  • Extraction, transformation, and loading of large data sets (SSIS, C#.NET).
  • General Knowledge of Client and address matching (RedPoint preferred).
  • Ability to manage movement of large amounts of data.
  • Write complex SQL incorporating common table expressions, aggregate and window functions, sub queries and other functionality.
