State employees enjoy challenging work, popular remote work options, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and career growth opportunities. What You'll Do to Contribute to Agency Success: The Information Services Division (ISD) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Warehouse Developer for the Business Intelligence team within the Information Services Division at AHCCCS. The Data Warehouse developer will work with various customers throughout the agency to identify data needs and then define, develop and test new extract, transform, and load (ETL) solutions. This person will also be asked to maintain core production systems that manage the ETL processes, reporting application, and data warehouse. Occasionally this position will entail being on-call for production and technology support to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data loads. The AHCCCS Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (DW/BI) team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making that supports Arizona's Medicaid programs and mission to deliver cost-effective, high-quality healthcare. The team manages an enterprise analytics ecosystem built on Informatica for ETL orchestration, Azure Synapse Dedicated SQL Pool for data warehousing, Cognos and Power BI for reporting and analytics, and Control-M for production workflow management. We are currently leading a major modernization initiative to migrate to Microsoft Fabric, which unifies our data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics capabilities within a single cloud-native platform. This transformation will empower AHCCCS to deliver faster insights, scale efficiently, and leverage advanced AI and automation for smarter analytics. Joining our team means being part of an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the future of AHCCCS' enterprise data architecture-designing, building, and optimizing modern data solutions that directly impact the agency's ability to serve Arizonans more effectively.
