Data Transformation Manager (FP&A & Insights)
About The Position
The FP&A Data Transformation Manager is responsible for driving trust, clarity, and speed in business decision-making by ensuring GTM, Finance, and People data are accurate, reconciled, and consumable at scale. This is a net-new, cross-functional role designed to unify historically siloed data domains (Sales, Finance, HR, Commissions, Product, and Operations) into a cohesive operating model that supports forecasting, derive insights, facilitate capital allocation strategy, and strategic investment decisions. The role is the Finance point of contact working with, GTM Operations, Data Engineering, and Executive Leadership, with a primary mandate to reduce reconciliation effort, eliminate metric ambiguity, and enable confident investment decisions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or applicable field
- 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, Systems/CS or applicable experience
- Advanced knowledge of managing and consolidating sales and finance data and analytics
- Strong collaboration skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to set direction, give verbal and written feedback
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management, small and large groups
- Exceptional Excel ability
- Financial modeling experience
- Experience implementing business process improvements
