About The Position

Student Data Management: This includes, but is not limited to, student scheduling, record management, and state and federal reporting. Database Management: Maintain knowledge of overall database systems, serve as project manager for database module rollouts, and assist in the management, maintenance, and implementation of district data systems, including user accounts/rostering, records, security, and permissions. Plan and collaborate with District Departments and Schools to best support the needs of staff and students in alignment with the District's Strategic Plan in both hardware and software areas. Annual Registration Configuration - Manage the annual registration process to ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and accurate data management. Software/Applications - Maintain and update district subscriptions, applications, and digital tools. Ensure SOPPA compliance. Training and Support: Prepare materials and resources for administrators and staff, providing remote and on-site assistance with database and student information systems. Systems Automation: Coordinate and manage systems integration and data synchronization across multiple platforms and data systems. State and Federal Reporting: Collaborate with administration and support staff to prepare and submit required state and federal reports. Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information and ensure that all actions align with district policies and regulations. General Duties: Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by the Superintendent or designee, contributing to overall district operations.
