Estes Energetics is seeking a Data Manager for the overall administration, support, and optimization of the organization’s database platforms. This critical role ensures high data integrity, system reliability, and secure data access across the organization, while supporting technical and project staff with the tools and workflows they need to succeed. The Data Manager will also play a central role in strengthening collaboration between administration, operations, and engineering. This position requires deep technical acumen in database management and software programming, as well as hands-on experience in startup product manufacturing environments. This role touches every part of Estes Energetics, including our rocket motor research, development, and manufacturing operations in Colorado and the Goex black powder manufacturing operation in Minden, Louisiana.
